Excellent level of care provided by all staff. They are very experienced in memory care & are compassionate & attentive to the needs of the residents. The rooms are spacious & the common areas are bright & inviting. There are plenty of activities to engage in & plenty of spaces to enjoy quiet time. The entire care team are amazing!

I was so impressed by the staff at this facility. They were incredible….so caring, so patient, they remembered your name and your preferences at meals. I never approached anyone with a request and was told “I can’t help you” or “not my department”. Whoever i approached took care of my request. My only reason for holding back from a “5 star” review is that although there was usually a fair amount of activity between lunch and dinner, there was nothing after dinner (late sitting 5:30!!), which made for a very long evening. Alex gave a great tour and answered all our questions and addressed our concerns. As Venvi Prince of Wales meets our requirements and fits the environment we want, we've signed on. We're looking forward to our new home. P.S. Good cookies too - a nice touch.

I have been treated marvelously by the staff and I really love the size, view and layout of my suite on the 4th floor. I first came to the residence as "respite" care after I broke my hip. They had equipped my suite with all the furniture I needed as well as useful extras like TV and extra seating for guests. While waiting for my wife's paperwork to be finished they encouraged her to visit me each day and waived the costs of her meals. My mother has been a resident at Prince of Wales Manor for nearly two years, and there truly couldn’t be a better place for her. The staff are consistently kind, patient, and supportive. I really value how approachable they are and how willing they are to discuss and adapt my mother’s care plan as her needs change. A heartfelt thank you to all the staff for everything you do.
