My mother has been a resident at Prince of Wales Manor for nearly two years, and there truly couldn’t be a better place for her. The staff are consistently kind, patient, and supportive. I really value how approachable they are and how willing they are to discuss and adapt my mother’s care plan as her needs change. A heartfelt thank you to all the staff for everything you do.

Goggle doesn't allow me to write a second review b/c I have written one already. I wont delete the original one because our experience was great. I wanted to give another great review for the fast and attentive help that Jessica provided when I asked her how to go about getting foot care for my mother in law. I have seen many retirement homes for my mom, but Prince of Wales Retirement home pleased me from the first visit. Rooms are spacious and very clean, lot of natural light, no smell. Team is very helpful and friendly. I'm pretty sure we have made a right choice!
