Staff are friendly
Our experience with my dad's move in and the continued subpar treatment by the management to set up features outline and promised in the lease, 5 weeks in, continues. The only saving grace is the kindness of the grassroots staff and the friendliness of the other residents. Lisa
Excellent Supportive living site . Great staff , lovely environment
My sister resides at OPH and I live in Calgary as well as her other siblings. We often rely on the support from the staff at OPH in order to provide additional assistance for our sister. The experience has been exceptional from all staff including the Director, The Director of Care and Maintenance Manager as well as the cleaning staff. They keep us well informed with ongoing communication and they take time out of their schedules to meet with us when we visit on site. I would highly recommend this facility.
