Oak Terrace staff are wonderful. Their care for our mom was exceptional. They often went above and beyond to better assist mom in many ways. We are forever grateful to all of the folks who look after the residents of Oak Terrace and for loving and looking after our mother. ❤️

Not a good experience working here staff cooking up lies and reporting while laughing with me got judged without trial hate or race played a role

I work with an agency that provides temporary staff for nursing homes and have just completed a long assignment at Oak Terrace. I have worked in the long term care sector for 40 years and have never been so compelled to put pen to paper to recognize excellence in care until now. I live in Oro-Medonte and have worked in numerous homes throughout Simcoe County over the years, as a contract worker, but never have I seen such commitment, professionalism, compassion and diligence to care as I have at Oak Terrace.
