Sometime I came in maple as hca worker from agency I saw all staff very professional, kind helpful and regarding patient care staff very passionate towards client care very hard worker staff I never saw god bless u all staff and management d You all doing wonderful work here all client in good hand .

Really wondering about the worker here that I seen today. Seeing how a female worker was acting while feeding an Elder. She seemed too aggressive towards the patient. I was almost going to record but didn’t want to get in trouble. I think the other workers noticed I was going to pull out my phone because they started talking to each other and looking at me & my partner while we visited his grandmother.

For these individuals to believe they’re entitled to strike for higher wages is absolutely ridiculous. When my mom was there they gave her absolutely horrible care. During Covid my mom who was 82 at the time was placed in isolation for the 14 days and upon coming out of isolation they said she was not Covid positive. That was Monday and come Wednesday my mom was in st Boniface critical care as she had Covid in both lungs. It’s a miracle she survived. Are mom passed away a couple off days ago at the maples the care was great nursing staff and hca were great very support when are mom was there the staff on the 2nd floor were so good to my mom and to are family the day she passed keep up the great work you do there thanks for everything
