My dad has been living at MapleCrest Village and he absolutely loves it! He’s always telling me how amazing the food and service is from all staff especially from Alex and how knowledgeable he is. Thank you to the entire staff for making my dad feel at home.
My grandfather has been living at here and we couldn’t be happier with the care he receives. The staff are kind, attentive, and truly treat him like family. The home is clean, welcoming, and offers great meals and activities. We’re so grateful he’s in such good hands!
The staff at Maplecrest make all the difference for Mom leaving her home. Everyone is always smiling and saying hello to Della. There is plenty to do with Cheryl running activities. Karen in nursing checks on Mom and answers my questions. Brent in maintenance is just a quick call away when the TV gives her trouble. Alex at reception always has a smile. Always good to know that Mom is eating well and has plenty of choices and variety. I'm so glad that we found Maplecrest as I now has peace of mind.
