My mom has been staying at the LFM for over five months now. The staff here is amazing. They take great care of my mother. I am very thankful.

I want to express my gratitude for the amazing care my mom receives at Longfields Manor. The staff are compassionate, attentive, and treat her with so much respect. It’s evident that the staff genuinely care about the residents, which gives me great peace of mind knowing my mom is well cared for and in safe, loving hands. Thank you for making her feel safe, happy, and cared for every day!

My mother has dementia. She was placed there to be in a safer environment. Our assumptions of this were incorrect. She has incurred since March 2024 to beginning December 2024 numerous injuries. In my opinion most of these injuries were preventable and controllable.

Strongly recommend staying away from thus LTC. Patient care is pathetic and management make care decisions which are not in residents best interests without always engaging family members.
