Glenora Park Retirement Community is a beautiful, spotless facility with amazing amenities and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The staff, especially Ross and Irish, are incredibly kind and helpful. I feel confident and excited about my father joining this wonderful community!

Wow! What a beautiful retirement community. Ross did my tour, and his customer service was truly above and beyond. He was both knowledgeable and accommodating. I am looking forward to moving my grandma into this community and visiting frequently.

My father lived in Glenora Park for 5 weeks from June 8 to July 17, 2024. His stay ended when he was admitted to the hospital for 3 weeks due to heat exhaustion and delirium because their air conditioner broke on the second floor during a plus 38 degree heat wave. The windows have only sheer blinds that do not block the heat and are not private since I could see my sister through them from the street. Beautiful facility in a great location, however it lacks good management. Director, Ross invited us to come and try out their guest suite for my mother without telling us that they no longer offer memory care, wasting our time and money. After the first day, the director called and informed me that my mother was not welcome to stay at Glenora Park. I wish they had bothered to ask questions prior to us booking this trip here from BC. Poor communication on behalf of Rivera Glenora Park Edmonton.
