My mom had spent approximately 9 months here. It was a really big adjustment for myself and her. She ended up being sick which affected her mobility. She was young when she passed away. To all the ladies who work there (I wish I could name you all) I cannot thank you enough for all that you did for her. You made her feel comfortable and always was attentive. I was hired from the agency for temporary full time night position as a Personal Support Worker and one PSW working there treated me very rudely for the whole shift out of nowhere, she was being racist with me and she was very good with other workers.
