We were looking for a retirement resort for our mom to be in a place where she could be independent while still enjoy the company of others and be involved in a variety of activities, and Chatham Retirement resort was the perfect place. We checked out a variety of different retirement resorts in CK, and Chatham Retirement Resort came out on top. The worker bees here are awesome and treat the residents very well. Management however is a different story. Cold and callous best describes them. My Mother passed in November and on Christmas Day management thought it was important to get a bill out to us then via email. 🤯 Are you kidding Me? Our rating is a solid negative 10 stars.
My mom is currently living here. I find the staff wonderful and very helpful with my moms care.
I’ve only been at Levante Chatham Retirement Resort for a week, and I can already say the staff here are absolutely fantastic. They go above and beyond to make sure everyone is comfortable, cared for, and happy. I’ve spoken with residents who have been here for years, and they all say the same thing — the staff are wonderful. The meals are excellent, and the cooks do a great job. I have been here since February and am very pleased with everything the staff are very friendly and helpful with the residents needs they know most residents by name and their needs I would highly recommend Chatham Resort to anyone needing a place to come I don't think they would regret the move. Always lots to do
