I have a family friend who just as of yesterday (may 22nd) moved into this facility. And I am actually disgusted to hear that it was suggested to wait to put cable their room to force them to come out of their room. And that they were not allowed to have a cell phone and only a landline to help prevent the spread of seniors scams. Place is filthy. I wonder how much this has contributed to the constant outbreaks? Physio is next to non existent ,contrary to the standards of long term care we expected from our tour,this place is lacking in all areas. So tired of the excuses of staff shortages,when they never schedule enough workers in the first place. Think twice about choosing this for you loved ones. Constantly hearing that there's a lot of workplace harassment going on between co workers. This shouldn't be happening in a workplace that has elderly. It should be investigated and look at. You know who you all are.

This workplace has some amazing workers there, but the bullying that goes on with the co-workers is not okay! And something should be done about it!!!
