My mother has been in the memory care wing for several months now and i have to say how happy i am with the care she gets. She has had several strokes and now is presenting advanced dementia these things have changed her completely. As difficult as it is to deal with some of the residents the staff are kind and helpful . Sadly their work is thankless and never ending. The staff are always doing activities or organizing musical performances .

Great atmosphere and lovely historical building right on the water!
My MIL stayed at Briargate for just over a year. She was well-treated by the staff. In fact, the staff were really great with her. They were also good to work with from my point of view, even though I know at times, the staff was stretched thin. The people who work there seem to be very caring. The activity coordinators did an exceptional job at creating opportunities for my MIL to be more active and engaged. Well done, and thank you for your care.
