This review is based on my personal experience! My mom was a resident here in the Memory Care wing for three years. She suffered from dementia and has recently passed away. The staff are kind, loving and caring I can’t thank them enough for taking good care of my mom during her stay. My mom was very happy there. It gave us peace of mind knowing that she was well taken care by “all” staff (day/evening). Any minor incident I would receive a call from the nursing station which I appreciated. Following the death of my mother in law at this facility, we reached out to many people in management to determine what was all required in terms of closing out and vacating the premises. A total of 4 different individuals were contacted, covering 13 different emails and voicemails. It took 20 days until somebody had the curtesy to even reply back.
