Diksha's service is just terrible! If you can't handle the pressure of being a nurse, then don't do it! She always feels like everyone is criticizing her. It's crazy! I suggest firing her.
We are so grateful for the care our mom received at Baywoods Place Long-Term Care Home. The facility was always clean, safe, and welcoming. Mom's roommates were thoughtfully matched, which made a big difference in her comfort. The staff were patient, attentive, and truly cared for her well-being. A special kudos to the staff — notably PSW Lisa — for going above and beyond with their care and compassion.
