This place should be the last resort to place your parents! Seniors like to feel cozy and warm, not blasting the AC 24/7 on these old people.. my mother lasted 3 months there she was 85. She could have made it to 90

I had a very disappointing experience with the receptionist at PSW Health Centre. I called at 10:32 AM on March 3, 2025, and was met with rudeness. Her tone was unprofessional and disrespectful. A receptionist should be courteous and helpful, but unfortunately, that was not the case. I hope management provides proper training on customer service because this kind of behavior is unacceptable. I'm not sure how she got hired, but she definitely needs to learn how to communicate with people properly.

If I could give this place a Zero star I would.. My grandma and grandpa were both here, but to be fair the staff seemed more happy and way more friendly on the area my grandpa was in for Alzheimer's, although the door is always supposed to be locked so they can't wander, my grandpa managed to get out, not once but twice, luckily a man who works across the street saw him walking on the road and managed to bring him back with only a few scratches as he fell.. unfortunately my grandpa is now passed away, my grandma is still the... read more
