Barrhaven Manor was home for Dad for his final 7 months. He transitioned seamlessly from assisted respite care, to palliative care, to end-of-life care. The entire staff treated Dad, Mum and I with the utmost respect and care. The Manor PSW's and Carefor PSW's showed Dad such love and dignity and they are all so much appreciated for their hard work and dedication as Dad declined. This is the best place! When I came in to stay I was very apprehensive but the staff went out of their way to make me feel good. I learned this is a fantastic place and well worth the stay. They gave me excellent treatment, helped me with everything. I highly recommend this place!
From day 1, they embraced our Dad and us, making us feel like part of the bigger family and community that is Barrhaven Manor. Such an amazing and caring staff! The love, compassion, grace and respect shown our Dad the past 18 month will stay forever in our hearts. We will miss seeing your smiling faces!
