The lady behind the desk is very rude to be honest she shouldn't be working with people.
All I can say is WOW this is by far the rudest department I have ever experienced. There was a discrepancy with some paperwork which I understood but stated it was never mentioned until now (my daughter had just passed her driver's test) she proceeded to yell at me about the paperwork we needed only when I rose my voice back did she stop. The clerk was very condescending and to make matters worse this was the manager that did this. Very unprofessional and quite frankly unacceptable
