We moved to Arkansas last year, went in and we were out of there in about an hour with new plates and driver licenses in hand. Ladies were very nice. I also just called to ask questions and once again was greeted politely. Not sure why all the bad reviews.

How unfair is it that WE THE PEOPLE, who have to pay taxes EVERY YEAR on vehicles we've owned forever...have to deal with those 2 VERY RUDE AND LAZY woman working there! Come on ARKANSAS DO BETTER, lay those 2 to rest already and give us actual people who want to actually do the job! I'm never stepping foot in there again! Once again We The actual tax payers have to TRAVEL just to do everyday tasks like renew our plates. Unreal and unfair!
