After enduring the lengthy waits to renew my driver’s license in other states, I have come to appreciate the Arkadelphia Revenue office’s prompt service.
This is without a doubt the worst part about Arkadelphia. Every review that says the people that work here actively try not to help you are spot on. This place is not worth the tax payer dollars!!! I have never had a good experience and everytime I leave there I wonder what on earth is their purpose...they provide negative assistance along with a negative attitude. If you can take care of your business online DO IT!!! Avoid this place like the plague!
Super rude service!
They do everything not to help. I went in to get my drivers license & they did everything possible to not issue it. I even had a Arkansas State Administrator with me & still they looked for every excuse not to issue me my license. It took the Arkansas State Administrator calling the Revenue Department Supervisor to get anywhere & at that I was told she is authorized to, quote," do this one time". An hour & a half later & I am walking out with my drivers license. Very uncalled for actions on the part of the Revenue Department... read more
