The Board of Equalization can't even get the square footage of my home or garage right. They have no idea what type of flooring is in the garage ,but they assume it is concrete and over tax my property. I emailed them and I get no reply by email,but I do receive a letter with a date to come to the county commission with proof that my property is not worth what they say it is. I received this letter two days before my appointment date. With no time to have an appraisal done on my property or get the information they requested... read more
