The first time I called I sat on hold for more than 25 minutes. I hung up and called back, selected a different option and was off the phone in 5 minutes. Amazing considering I selected pay a bill.

Great company to work with. I had a $1000 medical bill in collections with them I didn't even know about due to hospital not updating my address ( I gave them my new address). I called them because I saw it on my credit report. I asked them if I paid it would they delete it from credit report. They agreed and in less than a week it was gone from credit report completely. I am very happy with this company!

Fake company! Been trying to pay this business for a month or two. When I call on the weekend it's says I have to call on a week day. Then I call on a week day and instead of transferring me the line just hangs up! So I go see them in person at 1:30 on a Tuesday and the office is vacant. This is ridiculous to be charged intrest on a bill because this place won't and can't accept my money to pay. I have cash, credit, or debit but none of these are being accepted at this time.
