Waiting at the MacKenzie stop in the rain, the short bus pulled up. Six or seven of us couldn’t get on the bus because it was full. The driver called dispatch to see when the next bus would come. They said it would be one hour. We walked back to the hotel and drove to the mountain, passing the other bus stops with people waiting in the rain, some now with their thumbs out hitchhiking. We didn’t ride the bus for the rest of our stay.

Big eddy bus driver was quite possibly one of the rudest people I have ever had the displeasure of meeting. will not be using the bus again. I wish I had an option for 0 stars

Called to book a medical appointment. They were in a "meeting" and would call back.... NOT

Thank You to Gail and all of the hardworking transit people! I take the bus all of the time and although the schedule could be more working person oriented when the bus comes it is always fast and friendly. The out of town bus is also great and so cheap!
