Why do I have to keep changing my password. No other service/software in the world makes you do this. There should be an option to turn this off.
We’ve been using Revelation Pets for 8+ years and it has been a fantastic tool for keeping track of all of our clients! We appreciate how we’re able to adjust it in ways to accommodate our own systems and it’s worked fabulously well for us over the years. Thanks for providing such a great service!
*WARNING* They have recently changed their booking software completely as of the end of September 2024. This was forced upon my business with no choice in the matter. I have been with revelation pets for about a decade. Now after 10 years of supporting this company my customers can't book in with me anymore. It's too convoluted, has no flow, makes no sense and is more complicated and harder to use than the original software!!!!! Who ever designed this needs to be sacked.
