Pricey for very low quality items. Customer service leaves much to be desired. The owner was extremely rude to me and needs to work on their people skills. Pay attention to this review because I've seen negative reviews of this store disappear.

First time buying. I made an online order. They shipped super quick and the package smelled nice. Excellent service!
Received a defective item and owner adamantly refused to accept a return. Instead told me the item is final sale (which you have to search through the website to see) and told me instead bring it to Patagonia. Did not even ask for pictures to see the item and claimed it was not defective when shipped. Horrible customer service.
