James is at the top of his game and delivers a massage of excellence. With a clear understanding of anatomy and movement in every touch, he knows exactly where to focus and what to do to support the body towards healing. I have chronic tension and work out regularly, James has helped increase my mobility and release knots I didn’t know existed. Today I actually applauded when I got off the table!
James listened to me and assessed the problems of my body then gave me a massage that made the biggest difference, to my freedom of movement, a massage has even given me .
