She's outdated or lazy. She couldn't put me into hypnosis. I now study hypnosis myself and understand she isn't great at what she does. There should never come a time when you can't put someone into hypnosis as long as they speak your same language. Clearly she should had used a different technique but told me instead, I wasn't ready. Smh...
I have to say that Dr. Vicky has played a significant role in my ability to improve stress management. Life is and always will be stressful however there are many ways to manage stress. I recently decided to give hypnotherapy a try. I must say that I am very pleased with my results from meeting with Dr. Vicky! I feel much more in control of how I manage my stress.
