I was having shoulder pain from old sports wear and tear that kept me up at night. Over a 3 month period of time Ryan worked with my shoulders and back. He gave me a great variety and progression of exercises to work with. These movements both strengthened/stretched the muscles around my shoulders and got rid of the pain I experienced at night. I can't say enough good things about Ryan, who worked with my 10-year-old son after a baseball injury. From the very first session, Ryan demonstrated a high level of professionalism and thoroughness in assessing my son's injury and creating a tailored treatment plan. Ive had sciatic pain for a couple years and he had helped me through a lower back 6-week program that definitely helped the pain go away!
