The ATM stolen my debit card said the transaction was not good and it kept my debit card. I need it back right now. What do I do? It’s Sunday morning and I don’t know 430 or something 4 o’clock it’s actually 355. I need my debit card back out of this machine now.

Worst Customer Experience! Slow to respond, don’t waste your time, this Credit Union is a Bank, their policy and criteria ARE JUST POOR ITS JUST TOO MANY PEOPLE DEALING WITH YOUR MONEY AND WHEN YOU NEED A HUMAN THERE IS NOBODY AVAILABLE. VERY sad to see Riegelwood Credit Union ruined by the REV take over, this was a poor decision.
I went to REV this morning and opened an account. The customer service is amazing and the people that work there are dedicated to their customers’s best interest. I’m really looking forward to my financial future and I’m so glad I finally found a credit union. Thanks for all your help today, REV/Carolyn.
