Recently moved to Mt Pleasant and joined the REV credit union on Coleman Blvd, very easy to deal with and looks like this will be my go to credit union for a long time. Will be switching to them from bigger banks
Opened an account with them and everyone inside was super kind. Clean and put together branch.
TLDR: Because of incompetent staff my credit score came from 802 to 680. I thought I wrote this for them. My story is I opened an account with them for shared branching with my long standing account. They put me on overdraft protection, I was on paperless plan and they were upgrading their web APP. Together there was an overdraft on my checking, and we receive one notice when I was out of country. My wife drops the check but it never gets deposited, and went to charge off! result is a precipitous fall in my Credit score.
