Unfortunately I do not believe those 5 stars. I have friends who are willing to pay and put on good streaks even if it is not like that. I do not see this bank as a trustworthy bank or one that helps you at the exact time that you call to solve a problem and someone answers you, you have to chat with someone or leave an email so that when they want they answer you. The ability to pay my car loan to another credit union has eliminated overcharges,late fees, payment confusion. I am really happy with this service and the friendly customer service.
Refused to help me in anyway when I was a victim of a scam and fraud. Stole 350$ from me and will not help me, refuses to shut down my account. Run far away, this place is garbage and the customer service is terrible.
Very friendly staffing that goes above and beyond for members, I am very satisfied every time I leave the branch.
