Definetly one of the worst banks you can bank with. Lazy, unhelpful, and unprofessional is the way I would describe them. After depositing 2 checks into my account needed to pay bills I had called them multiple times where I was given the 13th for the check to be deposited this was then pushed to the 16th then the 19th then finally 20th, this led to them then hitting me with overcharge fees after I had no option. Unfortunately I do not believe those 5 stars. I have friends who are willing to pay and put on good streaks even if it is not like that. I do not see this bank as a trustworthy bank or one that helps you at the exact time that you call to solve a problem and someone answers you, you have to chat with someone or leave an email so that when they want they answer you. The ability to pay my car loan to another credit union has eliminated overcharges,late fees, payment confusion. I am really happy with this service and the friendly customer service.
