Friendly, but their services are getting worse and their website contains incorrect and out of date information. For example, they are no longer part of the shared credit union co-op, despite the information on their own website. I needed to get an auto loan processed in a short time span. I called the bank where I had all my accounts, they would not answer the phone or return my calls. I signed up at the REV website and within minutes I got a call. They turned around my loan in less than a 5-hour time span. J Lopez was extremely helpful getting it processed and completed along with the help of D Jordan. These two associates set the bar at a new level for Customer Service. I've been a customer way back when it was Heritage trust Federal credit Union and now REV. Kayla who works at the James Island location at REV at the front service station is truly Amazing!!
