Time was spent I came in kind of heartbroken and left joyful thankful beyond thankful
I opened an account with REV specifically because of an advertised sign-up promotion. After I'd opened the account, REV claimed the promotion had been "published in error" and refused to honor it. Other members have reported the same experience. It got worse from there. Although I enrolled in e-statements, REV charged me a paper statement fee month after month.
