Terrible communication. Terrible customer service.
Omg so I stopped her to deposit my check and this was the longest wait I’ve ever experienced at rev just to deposit a check and have some cash back. I was the only one in drive through until 2 other cars that had a long wait time. Not sure if they have enough staff but this is horrible. Mornings are better because I usually come then wished I hadn’t made the mistake coming at 3 didn’t left bank until 3:32.

I would like to commend Retail Branch Manager Jacqueline Truitt for her consistent professionalism. Whenever I come to the bank she is always pleasant, helpful, friendly welcoming, knowledgeable and very professional. Her appearance and her attire is always impeccable and professional. It is always a pleasure to have Jacqueline Truitt to help me with my banking needs.
