I experienced an incredibly unprofessional incident during a recent support call. The branch team failed to hang up the line properly, and I was forced to listen to them using extreme profanity (including the F-word) and talking trash about having to do their jobs. The complete lack of emotional intelligence, maturity, and basic respect from this staff is embarrassing for the company. Rev has taken $135 of our money, never mailed me a check after 6 months of closing my account, then asked me to come in, and then asked me to come in and get a paper signed to release my check, came in, spent 30 minutes talking to the team adn no one could help, now having to hit up corporate.

This branch is the best branch always provides professional services. We are so pleased to do business with them. The Others branches should take note from this bank treatment of the clients.
I been doing my banking business with credit union for 55 years. Never had a reason to look elsewhere.
