Unexpected turnout calling this store. I asked a few technical questions and was met with a condescending and dismissive attitude. What was most concerning was the mention of saving my personal details and potentially sharing them with others in the industry. This raises serious privacy concerns and could be considered a breach of customer confidentiality. I reached out in good faith, simply looking for information and support. Unfortunately, I was met with judgment instead of professionalism.
I had a disappointing experience with customer service at Rev Ebikes. I called multiple times within an hour before anyone answered. When I finally got through, the responses I received were vague and unhelpful. I was simply looking for more information, but the tone felt blunt and dismissive. Unfortunately, this didn’t give me confidence to proceed further.
Having been a keen cyclist for most of my life, I finally got organised to convert my daily commuter to an ebike, and now I wish I'd done it sooner! Revbikes and particularly Rebecca, made the whole process easy and seamless. Rebecca spent time with me on our first meeting explaining everything that could be done for the conversion and guided me through the entire process.
