Answered the phone rudely, couldn’t help at all due to an issue completely unrelated and non-existent, hung up on me with a final snarky remark
They don't do 3000 Watt conversion kit and that's fair enough. But they won't even fix a spoke in a 3000 Watt rear hub motor wheel assembly, and I thought they were an e bike shop. Technically they are and likely pretty good at it but if you've got anything that is high power they won't touch it even for a minor minor repair like a single broken spoke..
