A awesome team to deal with I have a E bike (Watt Wheels) Rang them Wednesday dropped bike off at 3:00pm, torque issue repaired and returned Thursday lunch time. Very obliging and great to deal with. Could not recommend the enough. We are travelling in a motor home and they have a great area to park and turn around, caravans would have no problems.
A couple of weeks ago I went into Rev Bikes Richmond [where I had purchased my bike from 5 years ago]. I was looking for a basket or seat for my little dog: so she could also enjoy the outdoors when I went for a ride. I had tried a couple of types previously without feeling truly comfortable with them. They had a Basil Rider for sale and were very helpful with my enquiries.
