This company apparently bought out student loans from another company, problem for me is I paid that company in 2012. We made a settlement and it has been paid for almost 13 years now, and suddenly this company wants me to pay them a bunch of back interest and for a loan that's already paid off. I never signed the one with this company and I'm sick of companies thinking that they can take advantage of people and just do whatever they want. They do not vet the flight school to see if that school is financially stable, and not habitually late on their lease or owe students refunds for years with no intention to return, i.e. vtaaa in texas. They do not assist in getting your money back that they gave to the company. They are hired by Skybound and FMS bank in Dallas to take care of the money. Skybound and FMS will also not help get money back from a flight school who refuses to refund your money.

Horrible, I auto paid for months and they’ve been holding the checks and not applying them to the loan so I’m paid 2.5 years in advance while my loan accrues interest! Then when I call they have the nerve to tell me that if they apply the payments I have unpaid interest…RIDICULOUS! Stay AWAY!!

We’ve never heard of this company and get a random bill in the mail for collections on a debt. What debt? My husband never had a loan through them and doesn’t even have student debt totaling the “collections” letter he got. Our lawyer is looking into it but seems a bit shady to me!
