I had a wonderful experience with ZuntaFi, all thanks to Kaitlyn. She was incredibly attentive and understanding when I was facing issues with my payment schedule. She went above and beyond to adjust my payments to what I was comfortable with . Throughout the entire conversation, Kaitlyn was extremely polite, cheerful, and warm-hearted. I highly appreciate her help and highly recommend ZuntaFi.

Zuntafi bought out a private student loan I had prior to 2020. From 2020 to 2022 they took the variable interest rate from 4% to over 11%, doing a quarter of a percent at a time. At one point it seemed like I was getting a notice weekly. When I finally paid off the loan in full in December of 2025, they proceeded to NOT turn over any info related to that to any credit bureaus, as I am still seeing $12,000 worth of student loans from them on all three bureau's websites, six months post payoff. This is a impressively awful company. Paying off loans is a absolute nightmare. We never willingly took a loan with this company but our bank sold the loan to Zuntafi, and it has been an uphill battle with there abhorrent service. They are not here to help you, and you are nothing but a sack full of money for them to poke and prod it.

This company apparently bought out student loans from another company, problem for me is I paid that company in 2012. We made a settlement and it has been paid for almost 13 years now, and suddenly this company wants me to pay them a bunch of back interest and for a loan that's already paid off. I never signed the one with this company and I'm sick of companies thinking that they can take advantage of people and just do whatever they want.
