Trying to work with this company is so incredibly difficult. It is a dark cloud and stress I have over my head every day.
This company apparently bought out student loans from another company, problem for me is I paid that company in 2012. We made a settlement and it has been paid for almost 13 years now, and suddenly this company wants me to pay them a bunch of back interest and for a loan that's already paid off. I never signed the one with this company and I'm sick of companies thinking that they can take advantage of people and just do whatever they want. They took loan on my name to pay my IRS debt, they never pay IRS! I never received the funds and now they want me to pay them back.
Horrible, I auto paid for months and they’ve been holding the checks and not applying them to the loan so I’m paid 2.5 years in advance while my loan accrues interest! Then when I call they have the nerve to tell me that if they apply the payments I have unpaid interest…RIDICULOUS! Stay AWAY!!
