Absolute shambles of a system ! My experience and my son's experience has been catastrophic. This company leaves young children alone to book GP appointments without any parental supervision - even thought that is a legal requirement- during school time. The booking system is complex and it's not possible to speak to someone for help when booking. I wish it wasn't an obligation to go through them after a school sports injury.
