I saw Z for help with managing pelvic pains during my second pregnancy and it was the best thing I could do to keep myself active and moving until the arrival of baby. Complete contrast to my first pregnancy where I was in crutches in my 3rd trimester to get around the house! I have been treated at Return to Form on two separate occasions and both have been excellent. First Shockwave treatment on my tennis elbow which was fixed in 6 treatments. Just recently with Mikey, who has worked in a work neck and shoulder injury. With both hands on and shockwave treatment on my neck and shoulders, I am in better shape than before the injury. I have never had such a success or amazing care from a physiotherapist. I cannot recommend her highly enough.
