Return to Form's Get Fit Stay Fit class is a fun way to get a good workout. Focus is on balance and strength with stretches to start and finish each class. The circuit is tailored to cover all parts of the body and suit the participants needs and can be as challenging as you want as you get fitter and stronger. The music is great too because we get to pick it!
Every time I’ve been to Return to Form Physio, I’ve left feeling 90–100% better, more relaxed, and really happy that I went. The whole team is very skilled and knowledgeable, and they use a great range of techniques like acupuncture, red light therapy, and massage. I always feel comfortable and know I can trust them. They go out of their way to accommodate you and make sure you’re seen. Highly recommend.
I was extremely lucky that a friend referred me to Zee at Return to Form for pre and post prostatectomy Physio and I have no doubt that this has greatly helped and hastened my recovery. Zee has carefully, positively and kindly coached me through the first eight weeks post op and my progress is very encouraging after an unexpected diagnosis and procedure. Don't hesitate to seek her support so you can prepare for surgery and take control of your own recovery afterwards.
