This was my first experience with Rolfing and it was fantastic. It's different than a massage and helps way more than a massage in my opinion. I ended up purchasing the 10 series. I'd recommend purchasing the 10 series to get a full transformation. Flynn is awesome and I would highly recommend Return to Ease
I am so glad that I came to see Flynn for Structural Integration. I have been curious about Structural Integration for a number of years and finally decided it was time. The change that I have noticed in my body has been amazing! After the birth of my second child, I had difficulties with SI instability and tight hip flexors and now after going through the 10 session series with Flynn, I am amazed at how much more open my hips are and how stable my SI joint is. Do you have a body? You need rolfing! Flynn customizes each session to your needs and body. As a hypermobile person, I have seen a major difference in my body after completing a 10 series. I am no longer having daily back pain, and my pelvis has stabilized and is no longer going out of alignment. Invest in yourself! This care is worth it.
I highly recommend Rolfing. Flynn @ Return to Ease was wonderful to work with. I walked in feeling achy and like my body was out of alignment and walked out feeling amazing. You should give it a try, you'll be wonderfully surprised at how much better you feel.
Tried Rolfing again after 30 years. It used to be a painful process but the technique Flynn uses is not painful and as effective. Flynn customizes the procedure to my body and offered tips to sustain and improve my posture. I became more body-aware as the weeks passed. Definitely worth the investment!
