I didn’t know what Rolfing was, but my teammate, who had pain in her lower back, went to Flynn for a few sessions and felt so much better afterward. I decided to give it a try since I had pain in my hip flexor, and it turned out to be an amazing experience. Flynn is very knowledgeable, gentle, and clearly knows what she’s doing. After just one session, I already feel significantly better. I highly recommend her and will definitely book future sessions.

I've been receiving Rolfing treatment from Flynn for more than 7 months now. The work we do is much more in depth than massage, which has helped me maintain an active lifestyle here in CO. For most of my life, I’ve received nearly every type of bodywork to help manage a congenital deformity and surgical complications.
