I didn’t know what Rolfing was, but my teammate, who had pain in her lower back, went to Flynn for a few sessions and felt so much better afterward. I decided to give it a try since I had pain in my hip flexor, and it turned out to be an amazing experience. Flynn is very knowledgeable, gentle, and clearly knows what she’s doing. After just one session, I already feel significantly better. I highly recommend her and will definitely book future sessions.

After a couple of years dealing with a bone injury in my lower leg, it was recommended that I try a ten series in Rolfing to find better alignment for future. I started working with Flynn after hip surgery. The full system of Rolfing was integral to my healing and helping my body realign. Now I’ll do a session every couple of months and it helps with the continuous alignment process. Flynn listens to the body and adjust her approach for what it needs.
