I didn’t know what Rolfing was, but my teammate, who had pain in her lower back, went to Flynn for a few sessions and felt so much better afterward. I decided to give it a try since I had pain in my hip flexor, and it turned out to be an amazing experience. Flynn is very knowledgeable, gentle, and clearly knows what she’s doing. After just one session, I already feel significantly better. I highly recommend her and will definitely book future sessions.

I started working with Flynn after hip surgery. The full system of Rolfing was integral to my healing and helping my body realign.
