My experience with Flynn at Return to Ease was everything my body needed after years of repetitive pain points and misalignment that I knew I couldn’t fix alone. Her approach is thorough, individualized, and effective. I continue to feel supported in this working relationship through timely and comprehensive communication before the session, to the moment I walk away from the session feeling more stable and grounded in my body. Could not recommend this business enough!

I didn’t know what Rolfing was, but my teammate, who had pain in her lower back, went to Flynn for a few sessions and felt so much better afterward. I decided to give it a try since I had pain in my hip flexor, and it turned out to be an amazing experience. Flynn is very knowledgeable, gentle, and clearly knows what she’s doing. After just one session, I already feel significantly better. I highly recommend her and will definitely book future sessions.

After a couple of years dealing with a bone injury in my lower leg, it was recommended that I try a ten series in Rolfing to find better alignment for future. I started working with Flynn after hip surgery. The full system of Rolfing was integral to my healing and helping my body realign. Now I’ll do a session every couple of months and it helps with the continuous alignment process. Flynn listens to the body and adjust her approach for what it needs. I highly recommend working with Flynn

I've been receiving Rolfing treatment from Flynn for more than 7 months now. The work we do is much more in depth than massage, which has helped me maintain an active lifestyle here in CO. I appreciate her listening skills, and then ability to focus on areas in my body that need extra care and attention.
