Dylan was knowledgeable, down-to-earth, patient and caring when we discussed all the injury issues I am having and all the health and wellness HIIT routines, l would like to continue doing for life. The sodium blood test really opened my eyes about what I should be doing before and after extreme exercise or vigorous yardwork. Exactly what I was looking for. Dylan is so easy to work with. He listened to everything I had to say, asked good questions, and was able to quickly put together a plan that worked. My pain went away quickly, and after therapy, my strength and mobility were much better than before. Highly recommend.

I was having knee pain when I ran. R2S was recommended to me and I made an appointment with Josh. He was quick to identify the issue and began treatment in the office on the first visit. He also gave me a set of exercises to do at home. I was able to run pain free a few weeks later in the 5k Cotton Row. I will continue to use the exercises at home to improve my balance and strength. I can definitely recommend R2S.
