Had a car title transferred with them. Never got my title and when I reached out I did not get a response.
I was in line and seen this all from beginning to end, turned around and didn't want to get my service done just like I saw !!! I should have called the police out because it seemed the the owner can do extreme harm ! Does not matter what kind worst customer you can have but the response is The worst customer service ever!!! Went in trying to get a plate for my vehicle I bought last week. Telling me I need to have the title in hand when all other notaries are telling me they can look it up online. These people refuse to do so. 100% recommend going somewhere other than here. Very bad attitude.
Do not waste your time here. Go to Brimmers. They will help you quicker with a better attitude. The customer service representative talked down to us, and tried to tell me my insurance wasn’t valid in PA because the underwriter was in another state. He was argumentative and rude. We called our insurance company to verify of what he was saying was true and they were very confused why he wouldn’t accept it.
