I’ve had my Retsel Grain mill for over 20 years now and it’s incredible! My mother in law bought one for each of her 10 kids because she loved hers so much and we all use them faithfully and love them so much! If you’re looking for a mill that will last a lifetime, this is it!!!

NEVER SEND THEM CHECKS! It has been 2 years and they respond every 6 to 12 months and after saying the item ordered was on the way in 2 to 3 weeks they have decided that I never sent the check. They cleared the check and even stated I payed multiple times. Totally a scam! I am still contacting them fruitlessly. They never answer calls either. Waste of time and money.
Placed an order in March, still have yet to receive in June. Company stated it would be delivered in 3 weeks. Zero chance of contacting them via phone. Only respond to every 50th email. Already setting up court proceedings as there hasn't been any communication in 2 months. I will never consider them for future purchases, you should do the same.
