I have been with Laken for years and have followed her through many different stages of her career. As a middle aged female, Laken makes me feel comfortable because of how incredibly knowledgable she is. She explains everything in detail, never makes me feel rushed or as if I’m just another costumer. Most of the time she’s pickier than me and does not let me leave until it’s perfect. I cannot recommend enough!
I went in for Botox with Artie & I was super nervous going into the appointment because I’ve never had anything done. Artie has a calm, relaxed presence & was very professional from the moment he greeted me at the door. He walked me through the entire process while answering all of my questions during my appointment. His relaxed approach made the whole experience so much easier, and I left feeling great about it! I would absolutely recommend Artie & Retrograde Aesthetics - I will definitely be back! 😊

10/10. I’ve been going to Laken for years. She is such a sweet human and has great service. She had a first time client checking out when I arrived, and hearing how she was the same with that client as she was with me shows how genuine she is. She is so talented. I will forever go to her.
