Great shop, knowledgeable and friendly staff
Fantastic place for service. They are a small but knowledgeable shop. They cater to all bikes but specialize in beautiful retro mid-80s bikes. This is my go-to place for small parts and for service when I can't do it myself. Their staff is very polite and courteous. If you need to wait, you can also order a coffee and chill.
I have my bike fixed here several times and the service was great at affordable cost, especially in downtown Ottawa. I could enjoy a little coffee there while my bike got fixing. Highly recommend for a quick bike fix
Absolutely love this place. I've had two separate bikes serviced here and they did a fantastic job. The bike mechanics are knowledgeable and friendly, and tell you how it is, what you need, what parts you should consider replacing, but never trying to force it on you. I also really love the interior decor. The places has a cute hipster cafe that also serves beers, and I could even see myself coming here to study or casually chill.
Great vibes, friendly staff! Owner was more than happy to show me around the shop and give me what felt like an insider experience of the vintage bikes. Patient and had lots of info on each bike. The staff’s passion for cycling is palpable
