We stopped with our Escape 23 while on trip to the Keys to have a table installed and have a walk through. While doing the walk through they discovered an issue with or batteries. They explained the problem, how to work around it on our trip and how they will work to correct the issue. They made all the contacts with Escape, ordered the parts and installed them.
