The cabinet came packaged so well it could not have been damaged, the cabinet itself is a beautiful addition to our home.

Bought the white gloss suprilla tv unit and absolutely love it. We had a small issue with one of the door hinges but retro sent some instructions on how to fix and offered us a $100 compensation for our troubles. Will definitely be shopping here again.
Absolute nightmare -Zenova TV unit I have built many flat packs throughout my life but I have never encountered anything this difficult. None of the 30 or so pieces are marked. The instructions are abstract at best, all written on a single tiny piece of note paper. You end up having to build and rebuild this thing multiple times because it's just trial and error. It looks okay as a finished product, but beware that there are many, many hours of work required.
