Warning!!! Do not use Rectangle Health especially their payer sync function. They automatically took over our Optum payment without our consent and changed our ACH payments for UMR and GEHA to VP and is dragging their feet to opt us out. It’s been over two weeks and they say a few more weeks of this hell! What’s worse is I called UMR VP department and they said they have never seen this kind of take over and they cannot change it back to ACH payments or even make it checks!!! What a nightmare of a company!!!
