I have worked at this company and was let go because clients started dropping RMCB after a data breach was revealed. Overall, this business has suffered due to poor management and second rate security of client information. Better measures could have been taken to avoid this. This business should be closed in a couple more months.

This is a Debt Collection Agency. All the idiots complaining about fees and threats are either malicious, ignorant, or just salty because they refuse to take responsibility for their debt. First off, Ive been to their office and know several people who work here, and I know first hand there's no way that anyone threatened to kill anyone over unpaid medical bills. They have a data leak and gives me a letter with an activation code for free credit monitoring, and when I try to use the code, the agent tells me it's already been used. Incompetence at its finest.

These people keep sending me letters saying that my data was compromised in their data breach when I have never used this company or had anything to do with them period this is all just a scam to get your information
