They are one of the most proactive and helpful TPAs in the business. Very knowledgeable and helpful. They go the extra mile to provide my clients with personalized information for their new enrollees and they send reminders of who is eligible for the company’s retirement plan and when. I highly recommend them.
If I could put a lower rating I would. I suggest if any employer ever asks for you to sign up for any of their plans DO NOT DO IT!!!! Choose your own plan to put your money in. All they do is give you the run around when trying to liquidate your money. It will take months to get your money back.. Extremely disappointed!!!!!
