RPA DID A GREAT JOB. I am a small business owner. I am over my head with paperwork. Your people hounded me until I got my annual pay done.
These guys have always acted professionally whenever i called and are more than willing to help, but i spoke with one Mr Young this morning, this guy was very rude and unhelpful. He kept acting like he couldn't hear me and when i asked if he could resolve my problem, he said there was nothing he could do. Am hoping that the second person i spoke with will resolve the issue and send me an email as she promised.
I had some unfortunate personal circumstances hit and had to withdraw my plan. RPA was very helpful in that effort. They are a very professional and customer-oriented company. They understand what people deal with. We hit a small snag at the end with the payment method and I felt RPA handled it very well, I want to single out their support team and Amber in the office for their wonderful assistance.
